The "kapkar" that can be found at the Iziko Koopmans-de Wet House.
The transport collection contains about thirty coaches, wagons and carts – most being part of the Isaacs Collection – and bicycles. Most of these are on display on the Groot Constantia Estate. One is a sefton landau, built by the Coach Factory in Mumbai, India, with axles made by Laurie & Marner, in London. The Sefton or canoe landau was named after the Earl of Sefton, for whom the first landau of this shape was built in 1885. It is part of the Isaacs Collection, purchased with the assistance of the Cape Town City Council.
